I think it was a really cold, snowy day in Ankara at the METU Technopolis. We were chatting at the office and drinking our delightful coffees. Probably talking about how Capcom was able to render those cool-looking hairs for Leon and Claire in Resident Evil 2: Remake. Then, I am pretty sure, we started to talk about Mike Acton’s live talks on data-oriented programming and optimization in general.
That was the exact moment when my dear friend Bartu Baş inspired me a lot to start my own blog. Until then, it was just an idea that I never started to execute on.
So I would like to say thank you to Bartu for inspiring me on this. We were always passionate about what we did, and I am pretty sure we will keep that passion even after years and years.
I really do hope that you will enjoy your stay here as much as I enjoyed writing those posts.
Thank you so much for visiting.
